Toronto Web Services does this in all files to meet W3C standards. Our work will validate both as HTML and CSS, as our own site does. Check the link on the bottom of this site's pages for validation.

Validating does not guarantee a web file's usefulness. Combined with rigorous checks, however, it does serve as a useful benchmark. Should a file not validate, the creator should know why and assure that the non conforming feature does not detract from the presentation in all targeted browsers.

On occasion, when it does not conflict with browser targeting, we will leave enhancing proprietary code, such as scroll bars, dynamic elements and animations for IE 5.5 and up. If we leave proprietary code within a web file, it will be noted for the client.

We guarantee our work to be error free and will correct any of our mistakes. Not that we make many.
