Age Spots Freckles Sun-Damage

What can be treated

Freckles are only present on sun-exposed skin. Genetically determined, they appear between the ages of 5 and 7. Usually present in blonds and redheads, and fair-skinned persons. They darken is the summer light, and may even fade in the winter.

Solar Lentigines (Age spots) are often confused with freckles. They appear later in life and are darker. They do not darken in summer or lighten in winter. Found on sun exposed areas like face, hands and chest.
